Soooooo, AE:
Thursday - We left for the con around 3'ish, after meeting up with the rest of our group (bubble tea FTW). ~ripplednell, ~Silver-Strider and I all wore our Tsubasa: Tokyo Reveltions cosplays during the drive (HAHAHA, Tsubasa road trip?) which went a lot better than last year (not so much traffic ). We got to the hotel, changed for the Masquerade Ball, and then went to get our badges.

I was Formal!Luke at the Masquerade, and ~ripplednell had to pretty much teach me how to waltz XD *tackle glomp*. We stayed there for maybe an hour, before we took off for a mini photoshoot with a Judith and Yuri we met up with there. Lots of good times had by all (Martel tried to strangle Lloyd, it was EPIC). We headed back around Midnight, and a few of us had dinner with Judith and Yuri, which was awesome and Epic, and our waiter knew all about the con, and joked around with for a bit about cons and cosplays 'n stuff. We got back to the hotel around 1:30, and sleeeept.

Friday - Since I ended up deciding to finish Sorata and SLEEP, instead of finishing off my Yuri cosplay (in which case there would have been no sleep >_< ) I ended up wearing my Seishiro cosplay (blind contact included ) all day for our X/1999 group, which was ~tompkinsxx and her boyfriend as Kotori and Kamui, ~ripplednell as Subaru, ~Silver-Strider as Sorata (without a wig, because it didn't make it in time ) aaaaand, of course, me as Sei-chan. I got to scare lots of ppl with my blind contact, which was fun, and I think I explained more than a dozen times that I ACTUALLY couldn't see with it on ^o^.

Around 5 we all went to the CLAMP photoshoot, which was alright (nothing like the tales meet ups ) and hung for pictures for about half and hour before taking off and taking some pictures of our group on our own. Lolz, buildings make for fun backgrounds .

I changed into my Tokyo Revelations cosplayer later on, and eventually there was the 'skytrain incident', where a drunk guy staggered in, sat beside me, half passed out, and did what drunk guys do best.

We moved away very quickly afterwards >_<

Saturday - I went to the con early with ~ripplednell to help set up her table, and hung out there till the TOA photoshoot started. A few ppl were late, so we ended up playing a Tales'ified version of some hand game thing *forgot what it was called* and Asch ended up winning.

We took off for the photoshoot after that (haha, and we all kept getting stopped for pictures, the staff was NOT happy with us XD ) and, of course, had tons of fun (tales fans are awesome, it's like, a law or something ). A couple of us also ran off at one point to go steal and Estelle that was hanging around the entrance, and we brought her back for pictures with Judith and Yuri. t'was AWESOME

Later on, my sister and I were hanging around the dealers room after it closed with a friend (who was cosplaying as Link) waiting for ~ripplednell and ~ShinoWings to finish up in AA. We were just sitting around, playing around with Link's orcarina (it actually played music ) when this girl came up to us, and informed us that she'd promised a friend to sing to any Abyss cosplayers she saw. We were slightly confused, and sat back while she sang.

And holy crap, could she sing.

The song she sang for us what the grand fonic hymn that Tear sings at the end of the game, and she did it so well, that we just kind of sat there completely bewildered. When she was done, we thanked her (because wow, she was REALLY good) and I gave her a hug, still slightly shocked (she was REALLY, REALLY good) and my sister, who was cosplaying as Guy, said "I'd give you a hug, but technically I'm supposed to fear you." haha, when she left, we were still a little shocked:

K: ...did we just get a serenade?
S: ...I think we did.
K: ...wow.
S: *nods*

Later on, we went back to the hotel with half of our group, and had dinner, then got ready for the dance/rave. Which was fun, but jumping around in a corset is not something I think I'll do again, lolz.

Sunday: We were all up pretty early, and got the con before noon. I went as Kratos, on the skytrain, and got some very strange looks from ppl (until they saw the red contacts, those kinda freaked them out, XD )

The TOS photoshoot was EPIC, and TONS of fun. There was lots of crack pairings, and I got to steal ~tompkinsxx 's boyfriends glasses (I forgot mine at Nell's table ) to take some 'Teacher Kratos' pics (which shall be posted as soon as I get them! ).

After the photoshoot, we had lunch, and kind of just wondered around, and went through the dealers one more time before we left the con with our group.

Since I was still cosplaying Kratos, and didn't really have any place to change, Nell helped me make a make-shift change room in a corner of the parking lot (we're hoping no camera's caught that, because...yeah >o< ). I forgot to take my contacts, and ended up wearing them to dinner, when we stopped to celebrate ~ShinoWings 's birthday.

haha, yeah, away from the con, red eyes freak ppl out. Fun times.

anywho, that was basically the weekend.
